Lawrence Limburger is the Plutark leader, a crime boss, and a friend of Megatron. He ridded Mars of its water, thus becoming King of Mars. In the House of Animals franchise, he sought to get the water on Earth so that the world will suffer the same fate as Mars. But he kept being defeated by Optimus Prime, SuperTed, and Danger Mouse, a friend of the Biker Mice from Mars. He and Shredder have always been generals of Megatron. He even has Gargamel cook the Plutark's foods.
